TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Cynthia Corona (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website and digital products, including but not limited to downloadable PDF guides, e-books, and related materials (the “Products”).

By accessing our website or purchasing, downloading, or using any of our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our website and Products.

1. Digital Product Nature & No Refund Policy

All Products are digital and delivered electronically.

Due to the immediate and automatic access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Product is delivered digitally.

  • Access is granted immediately.

  • You waive any right to cancellation or refund once the download link has been provided.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All Products, including but not limited to text, design, layout, graphics, photographs, branding, trademarks, and downloadable files (collectively, the “Content”), are the exclusive intellectual property of Cynthia Corona and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, or transmit the Product in whole or in part.

  • Claim the Product as your own.

  • Modify and distribute the Product.

  • Upload the Product to file-sharing platforms.

  • Sell or license the Product on any e-commerce platform.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as well as legal action.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our Products at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.

Upon termination, you must delete any downloaded materials in your possession.

4. Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.

While we may update content periodically, we are not obligated to maintain, revise, or update any Product after purchase.

We are not liable for any temporary unavailability due to technical issues, maintenance, or interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cynthia Corona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Product.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Mexican States.
